Nancy McGee is one of the best tour leaders/operators I have had the pleasure to travel with. Nancy’s attention to detail including information prior to trip, making sure all divers in her group are happy and comfortable on a daily basis, diving with all members of her group and general help on a daily basis help make this trip.

Organizing a group trip is like herding cats, but Nancy makes it look easy.  Always worry free quality diving.  With first class bookings, transfers, boats or land operations.  No matter your experience level there is always something for everyone.  Highly recommended for a wonderful travel and diving experience.

I've been diving with Island Time Scuba for 11 years now.  Their trips are second to none with exceptional attention to detail. They've truly been there, done that and get you to see stuff you can usually only dream of. From the Solomon Islands, Socorro, Indonesia, the Philippines, French Polynesia and the Bahamas, these trips over deliver! I can't wait for the next ones!

Nancy was the ultimate leader throughout the adventure. She has an uncanny ability to create the experience to fit each divers’ level, while encouraging growth; to influence individual friendships and community among everyone. Nancy managed every detail behind the scenes. On the flip side, we had ridiculous fun all....the.....time! Each dive teased me to try new skills. I love a challenge! Though I didn’t initially know, Nancy was observing it all.
